Well it's Valentine Day and I made this page for the LOVE Challenge at OUAS but I got totally confused by the closing date this time and also which blog I should be posting this on?? They've joined with Creative Scrappers for February and the DT's are swapping over too. What I didn't realise was although they shared a theme, which for this LO was Love of a male in your life, there was a different sketch for each with a different closing date??? Ah well you can't win them all. Check out their blog for the 2nd challenge of the month which is about journeys.
I enjoyed working on a male themed page for a change and didn't want it to be babyish. Nadia's sketch worked perfectly with my choice of papers and colours I think. Just a bit too late finishing it. lol It's the age thing. lol
Thanks for looking and for any comments you leave me.xx
No worries! It's all about the page anyhow! Mine is super late!
ReplyDeleteI might have been talkin about you yesterday on my blog!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I loveeeeeeeeee the photo and all the circles!
ReplyDeleteThis layout is the perfect balance of masculinity. It's really great! I struggle with masculine pages because I always tend to make them too cutesy.
ReplyDeleteOh dear sorry you got a bit confused! It's actually Get Creative that we teamed up with for this month, and you get to play along at either/or blog. It was just the DTs that swapped over :) Not to worry, you created a lovely layout all the same!! I love your concertina flower too...
ReplyDeletesuch a cute photo jean, love the LO too, the colours go so well together and very masculine, well done..xx
Deletemaria xx
What a bloomer I made, thanks, Helen for pointing that out, it's the age thing I think. lol Thank you everyone for your great comments.xx
ReplyDeleteLOL, so many challenges Jean it is hard as a scrapper to keep up, loving your masculine layout and what a cutie. Like how you arranged all the elements. Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog recently, take care and have a great weekend, Doreen x
ReplyDeleteAw, I love your LO! I'm glad you still posted it, even though you missed the deadline.
